The Harmer E. Davis Transportation Library is located on the campus of UC Berkeley. Its resources and collections are available to all UC campuses, but special privileges are extended to ITS students. Please contact ITS librarian, John Gallwey directly at jgallwey@library.berkeley.edu for details.
Dorothy Peyton Gray Transportation Library at Gateway Center
This hidden jewel is located within the MTA’s Gateway Center on the 15th floor. What started as a small collection of materials donated by staff has become one of the most comprehensive transit-related, operator-owned resources of transit material in the United States. Although materials can only be checked out by MTA employees, students, and consultants, the general public may visit the library during regular business hours.

Transportation Research Board of the National Academies
The Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board (TRR Journal) is one of the most cited and prolific transportation journals in the world, offering unparalleled depth and breadth in the coverage of transportation-related topics. TRR Journal publishes approximately 60 volumes annually of outstanding, peer-reviewed papers presenting research findings in policy, planning, administration, economics and financing, operations, construction, design, maintenance, safety, and more, for all modes of transportation. Available if accessed from the UCLA campus.
